The purpose of collecting personal data is to sell products and services on www.duchessa.store. (with all related activities such as order processing, delivery, payment, invoicing, etc.), customer service and marketing activities for the own needs of www.duchessa.store.

- the legitimate interest (art. 6 (1) f GDPR for the data used for marketing for current clients (according to art. Law 506/2004 art. 12 (2)) of www.duchessa.store, the security of the site www.duchessa.store ( recital 49 GDPR) and data used internally to optimize its own site www.duchessa.store (and anonymized or pseudonymized, as appropriate).

The data is kept for a period of 3 months in order to resolve your request.
